The apartment is located in the seaside part of Taormina, in the very quiet near the small village called Letojanni,. It is placed inside the Residence Cala Smeralda, where our guest will find outdoor swimming pool (available only from 1st july to 3rd septmber), big garden area, private car parking space, tennis, volley and football court and access to the beach.
The apartment is ideal for family with child, it is well furnished, with independent access at the ground floor, full equipped kitchen corner in the living room with fridge and freezer, TV, gas oven, king size sofa bed. One king size double room, one bunkbed bedroom, bathroom with shower, patio with barbecue available, private small garden with rocking chair. Laundry with washing machine, shower and lavabo.
The centre of Letojanni is far only 1,5 km where our guest will find supermarket, banks, restaurants, bar, equipped beach, shops, fishmonger’s, butcher’s, greengrocer, bakery and pharmacy.
Taormina historical centre is at 3,5 km but the cable way station at Taormina seaside that arrive directly inside the medieval centre, is far only 900 mt. Bus stop at only 100 metres.
The exit gate of Taormina of the highway A18 Messina-Catania is far only 2,5 km.
